2013 Lexus GS350 Low tire warning light

Asked by Reginald May 18, 2016 at 09:22 AM about the 2013 Lexus GS 350 AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When the low tire warning light comes on, is there a
way, besides hand check pressure in each tire, to
tell which tire is low?  I'm migrating from a BMW
which indicated which tire was low.

you have navigation, correct? The TPS module is in one of the apps on the menu, if you have the center display, it too can show you which tire is low. If you don't have navigation or a center display, then you can hold the tps button on the dash (while the key is turned to ACC) and the tps light will flash according to where the low reading or malfunction is located. 1 flash = driver front. 2 flashes = passenger front 3 flashes = driver rear 4 flashes = passenger rear 5 flashes = spare Good luck

Thank you. I ended up stopping at a tire store where they found one tire low. I will explore your suggestion when I get home tonight.

Check your tire pressure and check it often. Don't have a pressure gauge, buy one!

I have two gauges, Bob. As I've just started driving this car, Apparently, I didn't put them in the same places I had them in my BMW so I couldn't find them. Shame on me.
