You will have to charge the battery, not by running it, then check the voltage again. If over 12 volts, normal is about 12.5, start the vehicle. Now check the voltage with the engine running with a fully charged battery. It should read somewhere around 14 volts. If less with a fully charged battery the problem may be with the alternator, but I doubt it on a vehicle two years old, but worth the check. If alternator checks out perform a parasitic drain on the vehicle's electrical components. To involved to explain here but a net search should have a video and procedure. You'll need a multi-meter.
