2012 vw jetta audio problem

When driving with windows up, music sounds fine
but when i roll window down music gets super
distorted. Turned SDV to 0 and still distortion. Any
way I can fix this without replacing head unit?

Which radio do you have? If its not the fender radio, then no not really. You can get an rcd330 or an eonon that might help, both are compatible with your car and are android radios.
