Electrical on a 2002 Dodge Intrepid

I got the car with a few codes going off like low
voltage and oxygen sensor and random misfire of
cylinder how the car few days and suddenly it shut
off completely no power to anything battery
checks fine even if I try to jump it it still won't work
it doesn't start if I go to turn the key the second
time do the power shuts off and won't come on for
a while

See if you can get a deep charge on the battery and get her started again and havevthe car read for the codes. Sounds as if the battery is bad and a few other issues you are having.
