I got scammed by Tim Short chyrysler in Hazard,ky. Can you do more to protect viewers from people like this?

Dealer falsely built up cars description.When I got to the dealer they showed
me a perfect maintenance record of the car.  Then they said, Oh yea it comes
as is. I knew it might need some repairs. Engine failed within two weeks. They
scammed me with a smile and covered themselves . Upon talking to others in
my area, they have been at this for a while.
