2013 Ford Fusion wont start

Long story short, girlfriend used the car went to the gym, parked and got
ready for work, went to leave and now car won’t start. Everything in the car
lights up like crazy. She got a ride to work.
I come home, put the car in neutral and then attempted to move it out of the
garage and start it. It started fine 5/5 times. No issues. I then tried it 2 hours
later and now it doesn’t start. Tried the battery connections and nothing
seems to be wrong.
Not sure if this is even a thing but I feel I noticed a dull thud when attempting
to start it coming from the trunk.
Can anyone help?

So it cranks but will not start?
It doesn’t make any sound from the engine.
There’s zero sound from the engine, no clicking, no cranking, nothing from the front. Tried jumping and it didn’t work
low battery voltage or starter issue.I'm leaning towards starter.can you have some one hit the starter while you turn the key? if it starts while hitting starter,then your issue is with the starter.
Had the starter tested and they said it is good. The issue that we Now noticed is that when it’s on level ground it starts over fine 5/5. When at any sort of incline or decline it won’t turn over at all
I have a Ford fusion 2023, had the same issues ,I got it off and it wouldn't start brought a battery same same issue. I took it to the Ford dealer pcm was not communicating .problems is factory default, take it to the dealer it cover under Ford manufacturing warranty

I have had this issue with battery saver mode before. My battery has been replaced! This is ridiculous! I’m sitting stranded at my house cause my car won’t start!! Seeing these other remarks leads me to believe Ford needs to address this issue!!!

Also, I’ve had issues with my Bluetooth and radio. My radio won’t work after I’ve been in the phone, even though I wasn’t using Bluetooth because my phone is not connecting properly with the car. I have to punch the button in the middle of knob for the radio to come back on! And it looks like my phone is connecting to Bluetooth, but it doesn't, except every once in a while.

Also, I don’t have anything charging in the car and I turned the lights and the climate off.

Just bought a used 2013 Ford fusion(eco boost). I started having troubles with my BT radio and connecting my phone to it. I went to put gas in it and had it turned off when I went to turn it back on It had trouble turning on and started shaking ever since that day my car has been lagging. It then started rating up the RPM when I was driving down the road I would then go head and let of to start slowing down and my car would shut off/ or not start after getting gas. Does anyone know if It has to have special gasoline. Anyone have any suggestions!
