Head lights not working during remote start

I have a 2013 Ford Fusion with a factory installed remote start system.  When I
first got it installed and remote started the car the headlight were coming on.  
Now they don't come on while remote started but soon as I turn the key the
lights come on.

I have the same problem and when I took it to the Ford dealership in Owatonna, MN I felt put down and was told the lights never come on. I really felt like I was being told that I was a liar and crazy.

    When the car first starts up its fine, I let idle for 30 to 45 minutes and its fine. As soon as I start driving it around or up to speed of 55 to 70 miles an hour it over heats.
