Changing the motor in my 2013 V6

Okay I've been doing a little bit of research and I know I want to change the motor in my car. I understand that trading it in or selling it might be easier but I cant do that. So I think I want a Carb in it because the motors are a little bit cheaper and not as much to put in I think as compared to the fuel injection I'm sure I have someone that would be willing to help me put everything in as well but what should I put in it should I go with the fuel injection or the carb what size motor I want my power but I do want to be able to drive it without stopping every 10 minutes too fill it up I know that the Carb will not help me much on gas and it is daily driven. Any help will be very much appreciated thank you.

Listen, are you kidding??? You definitely DON'T want to put in a carburetor! They are not as reliable as fuel injection, get much worse fuel economy, are finicky as hell and they're VERY EXPENSIVE.. forget about it.,

And, passing emissions standards with a carburetor is MUCH MORE DIFFICULT.... you're really looking for trouble if you proceed.
