no ground to fuel pump or spark plugs

Chang plugs pcm fuel pump filter crank will
power on pump only if grounded to the body
not the harness also no spark

I would trace the ground wire and take care of that ,it's best to keep things as they were designed , why did you replace the other stuff what was the problem, ?
