Is it good if ur over drive is off

You would just have reduced fuel mileage if you drive over 40mph, when the overdrive usually is engaged.

Overdrive, lowers your engine RPM's, creating better fuel mileage., but if your pulling a trailer or heavenly,, then the overdrive can lug down. Take it out of overdrive for this.
