blower/fan stopped working.  Worked fine one day, got in the next and nothing.  It won't blow for either the AC, heater or vent.

The blower motor has nothing to do with the A.C clutch relay. You have blown blower motor fuse or a bad blower motor switch or bad blower motor or bad connection to blower motor.

Control module/resistor, fuse connections to and from, wires to/from starter or battery. Replacing is minimal cost. Pick and Pull or pick a part, local junkyard can usually provide the part at a lesser cost. Junkyards test them, pick and pulls don't. Under dash connections often are wiggled loose by road vibration check those as well. Replace wire harness if all other troubleshooting yields no results!
