P stands for powertrain,15C4 Stop-Start System - Malfunction Fault location Powertrain system (manufacturer custom) But the code you show is not listed Here's all the Honda codes http://honda-tech.com/forums/tech-misc-15/heres-list-obd2-codes- if-anyone-cares-466877/

All I can find is MAP Sensor (Manifold Absolute Pressure) mechanical problem / disconnected piping
