Question type: Maintenance & Repair

On Saturday, i went to put 10$ gas regular because thats
the type of gas that the car takes. When i was on my way
home and i was at 40 mph, the car was starting to
slowdown then went to 40 mph again. When I accelerate
it takes a while to go fast cuz it goes slow then fast. Then
later in the afternoon I started the engine and white heavy
smoke came out of the muffler/ exauhst and its not
normal. When i turn off the engine it smells like charcoal
or sometimes like egg. I checked the oil and it type smells
like gasoline. Today monday 4/30/18, i checked to see if it
was normal again but no it had a difficult time to turn the
engine on and it whtie smoke still comes out of the
muffler/exausht. In that case what is the problem?? And
what can i do ? This is my first time ever happen to me.
Im type freak out to take it to the mechanic.
