My 02 has a new hood latch handle but still cannot get the hood open,there is no interior hood release,what's the trick to getting the hood open ?
Hood will not open ,hood release is under the hood not in the interior of the van.

My 98 Dodge Caravan is leaking water, but no puddling, and no mater how low it gets the van does not over heat. I have changed out the water pump twice and the thermostat but still have the leak.
