i have 2003 dodge stratus,turns over wont start, got codeP 1684. any ideas

That is a trainsmission control code,should not have any thing to do with firing.Did you unhook battery or replace,or jump start any one?

no the car set for a long time and the first codes was P0340,P0123,P1193, but the camshaft position sensor was unplugged.after i plugged it in i recieved only one code P1684?

If the crank sensor was unpluged,you may unhook battery and reset the ecm.Undo positive cable for about 10 minutes,replace,and try to crank?

All so if the car has set for a while you may need to flush fuel and replace with new fuel,bad gas will make it not crank allso.
