Kia Optima won't crank.

I was driving my 2012 Kia Optima SX when all of sudden it
turned off sitting at a red light.  It wouldn't start and the
dash lights were flickering.  Assuming it was a bad cell in
the battery, I replaced the battery.  The lights stopped
flickering but now the car still won't start.  When you
attempt to crank the car it doesn't make any attempt to
crank and makes a weird vibrating noise from the front of
the engine block.  I don't know anything about foreign
cars.  Please help before I tear this car apart and make it
worse...
