How much would it cost to replace a bumper on my 2004 Ford Focus? I removed it myself but the plastic prongs that fasten the bumper to the car aren't reusable. So I dont know if i can put it back on

You can buy all different types of mounting fasteners at just about any auto parts store. Bring one of yours in with you to match it. It's almost always better to use new fasteners to remount body panels anyhow, as they don't usually come out intact. FYI I tend to favor NAPA as they have a bigger selection of fasteners than your common autozone/advance/pepboys. If your bumper cover is in decent shape just reuse it, and remount it. If it has a dent, try pouring hot water on it and push the dent out. If you absolutely cannot remount the cover yourself, take it to a one-day paint shop. If it has scrapes/scratches, they can color match the paint and touch it up and then remount it for you for a nominal fee. Don't buy a new bumper cover, unless yours is completely beyond repair, you'll just be throwing money away.
