2007 ODY - passenger sliding door is stuck closed

Power door would not close all the way - no warning light on the dash. After
several tries, it finally closed on its own, but now it is stuck closed.  I have
switched to manual, but the door will not open.  No warning light on the
dash.  When I push the power button to open, I hear something humming
but then nothing happens.  It was fine in the morning but stopped working
later that day. Of course, the warranty expired last month.  Thinking it must
be jammed since there are no warning lights.  Thoughts?

My answer to the sliding door problems. Buy a vehicle without electronic sliding doors. End of problem. I have a 2006 Honda EXL and have had major issues with both sliding doors. I am planning on trading this year and may not look at another Honda because of this.
