Won't start

I have a 03 dodge neon and I started it up this
morning to warm up and it shut off as it was
warming up I turned it over 2 more times but it shut
off seconds after starting now it won't make a
sound when I turn the key

Start at battery, what is the voltage with car off? What is the voltage at battery while trying to start car? What is the voltage at battery WHEN you get car started?
