still overheating

dodge neon sitting on slight incline with radiator cap off continues to spit out
water and air every time I try to add water...don't want it to overheat...

As you were told in an earlier post, check the coolant for combustion gasses as you likely have a failed head gasket. You cold replace every part on the car, but it will not fix a failed head gasket until you address the issue.
