Why does my car run rough?

I have a 2003 dodge neon sxt, there seems to be a lot of vibration and slow
acceleration. The car seems to run fairly rough before its "warmed up", but
after this period of time it seems to be fine (the vibrations). I recently had 2
motor mounts replaced, but the vibrations are still there along with the very
rough acceleration. What could be causing this?

Have it read for codes, even if the check engine light is NOT on the computer will have stored information and codes. Discount auto stores will read codes for no fee. write them down.
