all the dash light came on and the car dies and about 2 secs later came back on while
driving down the road this has happened a couple time in the past 3 days what would
cause this?? and this morning I turned on my car and then about 30 sec later turned on
the headlights and the car died any ideas on this??

It's a 11 year old Neon. It lasted 7 more years then it was designed to. Consider yourself lucky it lasted this long.

Do an available voltage test on your battery cable at the under hood junction box. It's the first place power goes from the battery. I just fixed mine and when hot that one foot piece of wire was consuming 8v. Replaced it and all problems solved.
