When should I replace the timing belt on my 2003 Dodge Neon Sxt?

really NOT a biggie...for most amateur mechanics can get this done in the morning and be gettin' a Carl's western burger by one O'clock~

borrow your neighbor Henry...offer to take him for a Grand Slam Breakfast if he can help you with his toolset~ less than $120.00 plus the cost of the breakfast~

on this set, I believe the tensioner has a radial spring... and just needs to be back-sprung, a pin placed, like a hand grenade...the belt lined up, the pin pulled to spring it to the correct tension...nothing else need be done...button 'er up and call it skippy~
