Naw, buddy use a short piece of 2 x 4 and your floorjack under the engine...jack it up to give yourself room and ease the motor onto it. ta da~

It was hard finding a decent video... One guy was toasted and the other guy had a thick Russian accent. Who's fixing these Neon's anyways?

that environmental filter video used only handsignals ending with a 'hang loose hawaii' hand gesture....that was cute and informative~

the neon's got a mitsubishi engine? when in the world is America going to learn to make it's own four cylinder engine that is balanced, and we can be proud of it's perfomance worldwide?....ummm never.

If you mean the torque strut, you don`t need to do anything special to remove it... The engine is supported by the main mount which is a part of the serpentine belt tensioner bracket. The upper and lower struts only control the rotational movement of the engine.
