need help!! let me know what you think i can do

hey everyone i am looking for help as far as my 2003 dodge neon go... haha okay soo when i accelerate my car jolts very bad as it shifts out of gear... today i changed the motor mounts on the passanger side both upper and lower... but this is the second time i have changed them... i changed them the first time roughly over a year ago... and i just changed them once again today and it still jolts shifting... it is an automatic but you still feel the whole car jump not sure what to do... thinking maybe a tranny mount... thanx for your help

Are you sure the problem is the mounts or are the mounts going bad because something else is wrong? Check the transmission fluid. If it is low the car will jump when you stop and go. Does it also jerk while you are accelerating or from a dead stop? Need more information to trouble shoot.
