2003 dodge intrepid sxt 3.5 has issues starting. It will crank but acts starved for gas. After a little while or up to ten minutes it will start.

check engine light just came on. But goes
out. I just cleaned the the throttle body but
this issue was unrelated to why i cleaned it.

You will need to get a fuel pressure gauge and see what you are getting for actual pressure and also see if it's bleeding off. Try turning the key to accessory about 4 times before actually starting the car. It may need to build pressure.
