The timing belt on the Honda Pilot and Ridgeline 3.5 liter engine should be inspected/replaced every 100K miles. This is an "interference engine" which will be ruined if the belt jumps a few cogs or breaks. Many people go longer but I'm not lucky enough to gamble the engine away.
