Tow company broke my transmission cover. They had to unplug the computer to replace - will this do any other damage or should I be on the look out for any other issues. They fixed it themselves at their repair shop. Brand new car for me - but 2012 Equinox LTZ

Picked it up - the next day it wouldn't start for 3 tries. Then started on fourth, but check engine light was on. Got gas that next day, check engine light went off. Then the next day, today, car won't start, check engine light is on and it says Service Stabilitrak.
