I'm confused... your telling me to lower my price to get it in a 'good deal' range but then when I get an offer for my asking price your telling me my price is to low.

I got my 2012 Equinox down in a  price range were your web site is saying it's a
'good deal' but now someone is making me an offer and your site is basically
telling me to negotiate for more money... like $1500 more. A good deal is $5500
but you saying IMV is $7000. So which is is it? I'm confused. Is my price to low?

If you don’t know enough to value my car then why are you doing it? That’s a ridiculous statement. That’s exactly what you’re web site does. It helps sellers and buyers establish the value of vehicles. In fact, your algorithm is practically twisting the arms of sellers to get their prices down because you insinuate that only ‘good deals’ and ‘great deals’ get promoted and shown to buyers. ‘Fair deals’ get pushed to the bottom of the pile. All I’m asking is that you don’t send conflicting advice. Based on information that I entered about my vehicle, your website told me to price my car at $5500 and that would be considered a ‘good deal’. Fine. Whatever. I did what you asked. But then when I got an offer at $5500 your website turned right around and ‘warned’ me that the offer was $1500 below fair mark, or what you call instant market value (IMV). Downright infuriating. Make up your freakin’ mind!
