Camro wont start and having lots of problems

What causes a camaro to not won't to start and at
the same time the windshield wipers come on and
sprays water and opens the trunk and the flashers
come on

Everything you mention, except for the trunk popping open, is connected with the steering column. That's the common denominator. So you must have a short in there. Possibly a worn wire touching the metal inside of the steering column and turning the wipers, washers, and hazards on. HTH. -Jim
