Armada won’t start

I’ve been having trouble with my armada
intermittently not starting. I tried to get a jump
and that wouldn’t get the vehicle started. I
went and bought a new battery, installed it
and now still nothing. Prior to installing the
new battery I had nothing- no interior lights,
locks wouldn’t work, no clicking, I couldn’t
even turn the ignition switch. After installing I
have do have interior lights and hazards, but  
no radio, no headlights, nothing, it’s just dead
as a door nail. I do have a remote start on the
vehicle could this have something to do with
why it won’t start?

I would inspect and replace any corroded cables and their terminals. It sounds like the new battery cannot deliver enough current to the starter to crank the engine. Try jumping the car from another vehicle if the cables appear OK. If that works, then have the battery load tested.
