2012 camry wiper problem

My 201/ camry wiper work fine in all
settings until i go to high and then they
stop half way whats going wouldn't think
its motor since none of other settings have
this problem

There is a circuit board in the wiper motor that can cause this but I am not sure on this one if it is repairable or not without buying a new motor. Or it is possible that it would be in the switch itself that is replaceable.
