I meant to say my car's gauge goes up then back down. I changed the thermostat water pump , radiator cap. But I noticed that some little smoke cones from the back, I was told it may be the head gasket. I have a 2004 dodge stratus se 4 door. Also the coolant was bubbling up. It only happens when I'm driving for long periods of time.
