Dodge stratus jerk trying to die out when stopped

Just started tonight- when I stop it will jerk
the lights flicker and act like it wants to die
out its a 2004 dodge stratus se model

A very weak battery can cause this. Also a worn or seized pulley making the alternator pulley spin slower not allowing it to pump out the correct amperage. Remove the serpentine belt and spin the pulley by hand to see which ones make noise.
