Why does my 2004 stratus r/t buck and act like its stalling when accelerating?

My 2004 stratus rt with 3.0 engine has 210000miles on it with few issues now when accelerating after car has warmed up it will randomly start to buck and jerk as if has a terrible miss or running out of fuel when i let off gas it stops but if i come to a stop it may stall out . then i can restart and the symptoms may dissapeare until the next day or next week very random. seems to happen more when ac is on and also when it is raining hard out side . service engine light sometimes comes on but only reaeds random missfire. i have changed the timing belt 3 times in its life 3 complete tune ups with irradium plugs and wires cap rotor etc  suspect fuel pump?
