What is the blue light in my windshield and why is it always on?

I have a 2012 Santa Fe. There is a blue light on the windshield beside the rear view mirror
and there is a red light closer to the dash.  I cannot find what these lights are for in the
manual. Thank you

Call the dealer and ask! The red one is probably the alarm system, have no idea about the blue one
