04 dodge neon sxt won't shift & speedometer doesn't work

My 04 neon transmission is not shifting . It does
shift from 1st to 2nd but it won't shift any higher.
Speedometer also stopped working. About 1
month ago the speedometer would work and it
was shifting then it acted up. Everytime it would be
fine shifting until you were going fast then slowed
down a little it would drop to lower gear and get
stuck so you would turn the car off then restart and
it'd work again. I've replaced the In and the Out
sensors but nothing. Any suggestions would be
great. Thanks

I would try ignition switch if the p r n d indictator isnt showing all the time. Your car will into limp mode if there isn't a certain amount of voltage sending to your computer from the key switch causing you to be stuck in second or not going into over drive. I would go to a junk yard and get one but then again you have a chance of it being messed up but I'd take a chance with that before I paid big bucks for the same thing.
