Taillights, Dashlight, and Stereo out on Neon. Pls help

So my tail lights and dash lights recently went out on my 2004 Neon SXT. Except when I hit the brakes or use my keys to unlock/lock the car the rear lights still light up.

Then yesterday my stereo stopped turning on.

What could be the problem? After some digging I found that it could be the headlight dimmer switch, if I replaced this would all three problems be fixed? Or are they unrelated problems?

it could be the MFS or the plug going to it, its common for them to melt and short.
