2012 Ram 1500 satrts and runs rough and only with the pedal to the floor

2012 Ram 1500 died at an intersection today, I can start it, but it takes a while to catch and runs rough and only with the pedal to the floor.. I can drive it once I get it going, but the whole truck vibrates a little even at high speeds. The check engine light came on..

You need to get it checked for error codes. If you still have a warranty, start there. If not, many auto part stores will do this for free. Then,.. either you get it repaired, or you can come back here and get more advice.
