If TransAm77 is right, and one of them is not a locking nut (can you clarify that please, if all the nuts are off?) Give it a good hard kick with the bottom of you foot-- not your toe--sitting down--on the side of the tire, that will give it a sideways motion and break what is probably rust on the hub, and wiggle it back and forth. My sister has 2004 Durango and it has one lock-nut on each wheel, and the 'key' that goes on it in a leather pouch with the jack

Listen to what FordNut says. He took the words right out of my mouth, on the rusty wheel and hub part. If the wheel has a locking lug and you can't find the lock "key" (look every where inside the truck) then take it to a tire store. They will have the tool to remove the locks. Throw them away and put regular nuts back on.

Are all of the lug nuts removed or is one of them a locking lug nut (its round on the outside and the lug wrench won't work on it)?
