U1120 Error Code - 2004 Dodge Durango 5.7L

Had this error code earlier this year, then check engine light went off on its own.  Now
came back on with the same U1120 error.  I find this odd because I've always dealt with
P errors.  The error states Lost Wheel Distance Message.  Does anyone have any insight
behind this code and a possible fix without a trip to the dealer?  Thanks.

means the abs module isnt talkin to the speed sensor. if you can locate the abs module unplug it and clean it with electrical cleaner. then clear the code and see if it comes back. if that doesnt work it is probably either the pump module or the speed sensor. someone with a scanner will have to check those.

Hello i have the same issue with my 2004 Dodge durango 5.7 .Also another code U1411 ? I replaced my Brake switch due to power to all three brake light s.I replaced the brake bulbs thought they looked good but i am thought its got to be that but still no power to the brake lights .I also checked all fuses & Relays all good .I am at a lose .Please Help if you have any ideals for me to check .Thank you Will
