Im thinking of putting my v8 and tranny from a 98
durango into a 04 durango that has a v6 will they
match up?

You will need to check the VIN on both look for the tranny number in the VIN if they are both the same then yes it will bolt right up...

You get that 98 motor and trany into that 04 Durango, you will also need to transfer the computer and wiring harness to run it.
