Possibly 33x10.50 with no lift.12.50 are wider n would look better and would probably work as well.I have a friend who has a Toyota pick up with 33 x 12.50 but its lifted a lil bit.

I believe the factory GoodYear LS2 20" tires are 32.9" tires with 8.5" wheels. You can go with 33" tires obviously. If you change wheels, just make sure you get the right offset, especially if you go with a much wider wheel like Kenton advised. I see alot of lifted trucks with the right size tire and wheel, but the offset is wrong. I think it looks terrible when the wheels are sticking out wide from the fenders. I prefer them to be tucked in as they are intended. So like I said, make sure you get the offset right so the tires and wheels dont stick out. Plus in most states, the tire can only stick out so far from the bumper ends You don't have to change out your wheels, you can keep the factory ones and still fit a slightly larger tires. There isn't much room in the front to fit a bigger tire. Just go out and look at the wheel well in the truck, You can barely fit your hand in between the tire and the fender towards the bottom. One of the most popular A/T tires are listed as 33" tires, but they are actually a tad bit bigger. The Nitto Tire Grappler 33" tire is more like a 33.5" tire and is one of the most popular off road tire out there. If you ever see a lifted truck on the road, check out the tires. More than likely, you will see the truck shoed with Nitto Terra Grapplers or the more aggressive Nitto Trail Grappler or the extreme mud tire, the Nitto Mud Grappler.
