Funny sound when I turn and back tires fell like they are stuck in four wheel

Been told from the Hyundai dealer when you turn it sounds like it's stripping and the back tires feels like they're grabbing

iT'S THE REAR DIFFERENCAL. (COMMON PROBLEM). TRY HAVING THE DIFFERENCAL OIL CHANGED AND HAVE THE PUT A LIMITED DIFFERNCAL ADDITIVE IN IT. SHOULD GET BETTER AFTER A FEW DAYS. OTHER THAN THAT, CHANGE THE DIFF. MECHANIC OF 55 YEARS.
