2007 DODGE CHARGER 5.7 WON'T START

Asked by joey1983 Oct 21, 2012 at 10:48 AM about the 2007 Dodge Charger SE RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

THIS 2007 WILL NOT START.  IT WILL CRANK FOREVER BUT FAILS TO START.  I CAN HEAR THE PUMP RUNNING UNTIL IT PRESSURES UP THEN STOPS.  I TURN THE KEY ON AND THE PUMP STARTS AGAIN.  I HAVE REPLACED THE CRANK AND CAM SENSORS.  I HAS A NEW BATTERY. AND NEW FUEL PUMP.  I HAVE TRIED SWITCHING THE #9 RELAY ON THE SET IN THE HOOD.  I HAVE EVEN TRIED SWITCHING THE RELAYS ON DIFFERENT LOCATIONS THAT IS RELAYS WITH SAME SERIAL NUMBERS STAMPED ON TOP OF RELAY.  I TRIED POURING FUEL ON THE INTAKE BUT WILL NOT START.  I AM UNABLE  TO CHECK FUEL PRESSURE AT THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUE TO DON'T KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THE LINE AT THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT.  BUT I FIGURE IF I POUR FUEL IN THE INTAKE AN IT WON'T START MAYBE THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM..  I TRIED REMOVING THE SPARK PLUGS BUT SEEMED TO BE FROZE AND MAKE NO FURTHER ATTEMPTS.  I AM AFRAID TO REPLACE ANYTHING ELSE.   THE OB ii TESTER DOES NOT DETECT ANY CODES.  BY THE WAY THE CAR HAS 115,000 MILES.  ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.  TIA
