2012 dodge grand caravan coolant leak

So my 12 grand caravan all of a sudden started blowing out
cold air instead of heat. I instantly thought it was the
coolant, I stopped and checked and sure enough it was
empty. I bought coolant to get home, when I got home I put
a piece of cardboard under the front of my van to find
where the leak was coming from. Found where the coolant
is leaking. I have added a picture of where it is leaking, can
anyone tell me what this part is and how to stop the leak.

The leak is likely coming from some point above that part and running down. Check the Upper radiator hose on the engine side and the by-pass hose near the thermostat.
Pressure test the cooling system
If this is the drivers side as it appears to be, the cheap plastic "Y" pipe is a likely cause.
Hey guys, turns out my fluid level was too high and coming out the overflow. I had the pressure checked and there was no leak. My thermostat is bad and causing my heating issues. Thank you all for your input and suggestions! Kyemt
