no volume on RADIO for AM/FM but it plays cd's? can anyone assit me ?

I took the antenna off and put it back on and restarted the car and the radio works! this could have happened because the car wash guy took it off last week when I had the car washed. Thanks!

Just got back in the car and radio has no volume again. the antenna is tight. any other suggestions.

This morning on my way to work the Sirius radio worked and the CD worked but no volume from AM/FM this is mind boggling Would appreciate any assistance.
