Asked by Hrobertson81 Jan 18, 2020 at 04:43 PM about the 2004 Dodge Dakota SLT Club Cab RWD

Question type: General

I replaced the head gaskets and timing chain, it started up
and ran about 5 minutes then shut off by it self and will not
start back up. I checked all the connections, and fuses, I
even replaced the crankshaft position sensor. What could
be the issue?

same as with any no start , check for proper spark , fuel pressure and injector pulse , something may have gone bad by pure coincidence
