Car hesitates turning over, lights dim, navi locked

Hey. Hope someone can help me. I have a 2008 Accord V6 and the last few days my car
hasn't started like it usually does.  The lights have dimmed and the navi locked up. I tried
to start and it wouldn't turn over and seemed like it was going dead but started but navi
locks up. Any ideas if it is alternator or battery?  Thanks for your help!

Have battery charged and tested. Also tighten and clean all battery connections. Also tighten and clean the negative connections on the frame and motor.
