Sometimes, Right side light does not work when lever on right and emergency lights are on when lever on left

Hi,

I am facing a weird problem in my car. This happens:
(1) Only when headlights are ON
(2) Sometimes (not always)

When I turn my lever to right to give right indicator, sometimes, right light on
dashboard gets stuck (but there is no clicking sound and right light goes
off).

Then, I can no longer use the sidelights. If I turn lever to right, nothing
happens (right sidelight on dashboard is still stuck but sidelight is off). If I
turn lever on left side, then both sidelights starts beeping similar to
emergency lights.

This issue persists until I shut down entire car, wait for 2 minutes and restart
the car. Then the car is back to normal.

Can anyone please help me in figuring out what the actual issue is? Could it
be a ground problem and how can I get going about fixing ground problem?

You possibly have a faulty turn signal/ hazard relay. Tell your mechanic to jump pin 2 to pin 6 on the turn signal / hazard relay connector on the under-dash fuse / relay box with jumper wires and then switch on your left turn signal. Regards
